Alena has been a godsend in helping me to set up cloud-based software for my new business. The amount of knowledge she has is extraordinary and I feel very confident in her ability to steer me in the right direction as I grow my business.

We used Balance Experts to help us with accounting software setup. We are an e-commerce business and were not using any software in the first year. We were impressed with the level of service we received: the setup process was well organized, we provided all the necessary information, and were ready to start training in two days. Alena has taken the time to walk me through all aspects of using Xero and scheduled and follow up session to cover the questions I had. In addition, Alena reviewed our last year’s business tax return, pointed out issues that need to be corrected and advised us on entity classification.
